Office Policies

Please read thoroughly before sighing. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification.

All current and new clients must schedule an appointment no less than forty-four hours in advance. Any requests for Monday of the following week must be made before 12 noon on the Friday before.  Any appointment requests are subject to availability. All clients must provide a valid credit card or debit card to be kept on file.

Credit/Debit Card Polices

A credit/debit card number is required at the time of making an appointment. This will be kept on file to reserve your appointment time. It will also be charged if an appointment is canceled less than the forty-eight hours prior appointment time (see Cancellation Policy). A three-dollar processing fee will be applied. If booking through Massage Book a three dollar and eighty-fife cents will be applied.

Appointment

It is suggested that you call two days before you would like to schedule an appointment. If you are a new client, please plan to come into the office no less than fifteen minutes early to fill out initial paperwork.  This would give information on weather massage is recommended or may require approval by physician.

Cancelation Policy

Forty-eight hours of advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us forty-eight-hour advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment of the full amount for the type of massage you scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Additional Charges

If an appointment is a no show or canceled less than 72 hours the client will be charged for full amount of service that has been scheduled. Example: One hour Swedish Massage of $58.38.

Cell phone usage

All cell phones are to be turned off prior to entering the office. These incudes any ringing, vibrating or any other sounds from texting, etc. This is to lessen distractions during the time you have scheduled for yourself. Cell phone usage will affect your appointment time.
