New clints are now required to schedule thier appoiment on MasssageBook (MassageBook.com). Payments at time of booking are required. 

 

All current or new clients must make an appointment no less than fourty-eight hours in advance. New clients must pay for thier appointment in advance to reserve thier time and service type. Please refer to cancellation plicy. 

 

All new clients are trquired to com in fifteen minutes befor thier appoiment to fill out the Client  Intakr Form. If you fail to do so this will affect your appoimtnet time with no exceptions. This is to ensure that other clients appoiments are not affect that have appoiments after yours is not affected. 

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Fourty-eight hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. for all clients who have paid in advance and have cncelled within less that fourty-eight hours will not recive a refund. MassageBook is used to scheule appoimeents and all new clients are now required to schedule through this scheduling software. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment of the full amount  for the type of massage you scheduled. If you do not shw up for your appoiment and hav prepaid fory your appointment you will not recirve a refund. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Additional Charges
 Additional charges are applied when using MassagBook to schedule an appoimtent or purchasing a Gift Certificate.
